When Orla and Ruairi reached out to me about planning their destination wedding, they already knew what they wanted: an intimate yet spectacular celebration, relaxed yet refined. They were drawn to Italy for its timeless beauty, but it was Ravello—perched high above the Amalfi Coast—that stole their hearts.
They wanted a wedding that felt alive with emotion and authenticity — not a performance, but a gathering that captured the magic of Italy and their connection to each other.

Why They Chose One Fine Day
Planning a wedding abroad can feel overwhelming. Orla and Ruairi wanted a planner who could do more than manage logistics—they wanted someone to translate their vision into reality.
They chose me for my expertise as a Ravello wedding planner and my approach to intentional, elegant weddings. Together, we built a plan rooted in their story: every moment intentional, every detail personal.

Wedding Ceremony in Ravello duomo church
The wedding was a traditional catholic ceremony which took place in the beautiful ancient duomo in the town square and the bridal party took a slow leisurely stroll through the gorgeous cobbled streets, clapped and congratulated by the locals and tourists alike. Some following the bride on her walk, with others shouting Auguri from the street cafes.

Aperitivo time in Ravello town square
Once the ceremony was over and all the confetti thrown, we gathered in the square for prossecco and aperitivo before the short walk through the town to the reception at villa-eva.it while the happy couple went off for some private moments and some photo opportunities.
Photography Moments for the couple
While the guests were serenaded by their musicians, who flew in from Ireland, and enjoyed their apperitivo at the beautiful reception venue, the happy couple slowly made their way through the cobbled, narrow streets enjoying some quiet tender moments together, also allowing time for some stunning photographs to be taken in the grounds of the beautiful www.belmond.com/hotels/europe/italy/amalfi-coast/belmond-hotel-caruso

They then joined their guests for drinks and more canapés in the stunning gardens before being served an incredible five course dinner full of laughter and fun.
