Mood Board and
Styling Service
This option is to help and support you if you are wanting to plan and coordinate your own wedding day but may find some inspiration and styling help is required to pull your ideas together.
This service includes
An initial consultation in person, if local, or via video call, which is helpful for me to understand all of your requirements and wishes for the day. This consultation will provide me with the information required to enable me to produce your mood boards.
After this meeting, we will liase via email in which I will ask you to send me any images and ideas you have fallen in love with and images of your chosen venue.
Then using these and images of my own, I will put together boards containing all the different elements of your decor such as wedding cakes, chair dressing styles, centre pieces, place settings, aisle decor, altar tables, bouquets, ribbons, bridesmaids dresses, suit colours etc and these individual mood boards will build a picture of styles and colour palettes, giving you an idea of the end result.
These will then be sent to you to look through in your own time and choose your favourite elements from each.
Once you have decided on your favourite images, I will put them all together on a final mood board giving you a complete and finished look of your day.
You can then use these boards as a visual communication tool to get your thoughts and ideas across to all of your suppliers such as dress suppliers, florists, venue dressers and cake makers etc by sending copies to them. This makes it easy for everyone to get the exact shade of colours for flowers and ribbons right and no mistakes can be made!
The cost of this service will include two edits if you are not happy with the initial boards.
Any further edits after this will incur further charges.

Finding you the perfect location and the perfect venue.
Helping you create, manage and stick to your budget, as once you start looking into everything that is available, you will be tempted to book it all without much consideration for your total budget
Overseeing and tracking your payments to suppliers and vendors.
Creating timelines for the run up to the wedding day and a timeline for the day itself.
Helping you source all the suppliers you will need and coordinating and managing the wedding day with them being their point of contact throughout.
Helping with all the legal documentation required and the translations.
Attending all meetings and trials with you.
Overseeing and helping your guests with my concierge services.
As I am very design led, my favourite part of planning your wedding is working with you to create and style your day with your every wish taken care of. This includes creating mood boards for you to send to all your suppliers, which helps them understand your vision and build a picture of your preferred style and colours.
This makes sure every supplier has the exact shade of colour required on ribbons, flowers and decor etc, so no mistakes can be made.
I will be on the other end of the phone when you need me, giving you the benefits of my knowledge and experience.
I will create a quote for you depending on your requirements.
For full planning you can expect to invest 10% of your total wedding budget spend subject to a minimum fee
