Multi-Day Wedding Planning — from £8,950
Full wedding planning plus the planning and coordination of your welcome event and farewell gathering. We bring the celebrations together so you and your guests have time to enjoy Italy, each other and the moments in between.
Wedding Planning with Guest Experience — tailored proposal
For couples who would also like support with guest accommodation options, local transfers, activities and the details that make the whole stay feel effortless. Specialist transport and destination partners can be coordinated as needed; their costs are quoted separately.
Your proposal will set out the planning scope, travel and any additional costs clearly. We take on a limited number of weddings each year.

Italian Wedding Venue Sourcing
Find your place in Italy
You want to plan your own Italian wedding, but would love experienced help finding the right venue.
From family-run masserie and countryside estates to intimate coastal settings, I look beyond the photographs to consider how each venue will work for your celebration: the food, accommodation, atmosphere, costs and time you want to spend together.
My signature regions are Cilento, Puglia and Sicily. Drawing on my wider experience and trusted contacts, I also welcome selected venue-sourcing enquiries elsewhere in Italy.

Venue Sourcing — £695
A personal shortlist, with the information you need to choose confidently.
For couples who would like help finding suitable venues, then feel comfortable managing viewings and booking themselves.
Includes:

A 60-minute consultation covering your vision, dates, guest numbers, budget and accommodation needs.

A focused search within one agreed region.

Three to five suitable venues, with availability and indicative costs checked for your agreed dates or date window.

Information on accommodation, catering requirements, minimum stays and known additional venue charges.

Practical checks covering guest capacity, wet-weather options, music restrictions, supplier requirements and suitability for welcome or farewell gatherings.

A written comparison explaining each venue’s strengths and considerations.

A 60-minute follow-up consultation and direct venue introductions.

One shortlist refinement, with up to two replacement venues within your original brief.

Payment: £695 payable before research begins.
Venue Sourcing & Booking Support — £1,250
Personal guidance from your first ideas through to securing your chosen venue.
For couples who would like a tailored shortlist and continued help with venue conversations, viewings and practical booking arrangements.
Includes everything in Venue Sourcing, plus:

Detailed quotation clarification, including inclusions, compulsory services and known additional charges.

Arranging viewing appointments for up to three shortlisted venues, in person or virtually, subject to venue availability.

Liaison with your preferred venue to clarify dates, accommodation commitments and practical arrangements.

Guidance on booking steps and questions to resolve before committing.

A written handover summarising your venue contact, agreed arrangements, payment schedule and any outstanding actions.

You sign the venue contract and pay the venue directly. Support ends once your booking is confirmed or the support period agreed in your proposal ends, whichever comes first.
Payment: Two instalments of £625. The first is payable before research begins; the second when your shortlist is ready, before presentation and continued booking support.
Enquire about sourcing & booking support
Shortlists are normally ready within 15 working days of receiving your signed agreement, initial payment and confirmed search brief, subject to venue response times.
A clear scope from the start
Both services cover one agreed region and wedding brief. Additional regions or substantial changes to your brief are quoted separately.
Venue hire, accommodation and other wedding costs are separate. Accompanied venue visits can be quoted individually, including time and travel expenses.
These services cover venue sourcing and the support described above. Supplier sourcing, styling, guest travel arrangements, legal ceremony administration and wedding coordination are separate services. Contract guidance covers practical booking details; legal advice and formal translation are not included.
Venue availability and quotations may change until your booking is secured.
