For venue sourcing, we begin with a suitability call, agree your brief, then research and present your shortlist. You receive direct introductions and one refinement.
Booking Support adds viewing arrangements, venue liaison and a written handover once your venue is secured.
For full planning, our journey continues through design, suppliers, guest arrangements and coordination. The steps below describe that complete service.
Step One
We begin with a conversation about the kind of celebration you want, the people you’re bringing and the places in Italy that feel right to you.
I’ll explain the planning options and send you a proposal with a clear scope and fee. Once we’re working together, I’ll research venues that fit your priorities, guest numbers and budget.
Your wedding should feel like yours from the very first decision.
Step two
I’ll shortlist venues with the right atmosphere and practical fit for your wedding, from intimate coastal estates to family-run masserie and countryside homes.
We’ll look at guest accommodation, access, food, music arrangements and how the space works across your events. If you travel to see the venues, I can arrange visits and introductions.
Once you’ve chosen, I’ll help secure the booking and we can begin shaping your time there.
Step three
I’ll recommend trusted local suppliers who suit your style, priorities and budget, from food and wine to flowers, music and photography.
You remain in control of each choice. I’ll manage the conversations, bookings and details, including suppliers you have already chosen.
If you are planning a legal ceremony, I’ll explain the steps and coordinate with the appropriate local professionals.
Step four
As the celebration approaches, I’ll bring the suppliers, venue and events together in a clear schedule.
We’ll confirm guest numbers, menus, tastings and the details that matter to you. For a multi-day wedding, I’ll also plan how each gathering flows into the next.
You’ll know what is happening, who is responsible and what still needs your decision.
last steps
When the celebrations begin, my team and I will be there to coordinate the venue, suppliers, styling and schedule.
We’ll look after the details behind the scenes and respond to changes as they happen, leaving you free to be present with the people you love.
For multi-day celebrations, we’ll also coordinate the welcome and farewell events included in your plan.
